Creator Lab

A new educational portal for creators, by creators on Instagram. The focus here is that creators can share lessons on what they wished they had known when they first started their journey to help others. The focus is on three different aspects: finding your voice, building a community, and thinking about business long-term.

Reels on Facebook

As of February 22, 2022, Reels has officially expanded to the rest of the world on Facebook, according to the head of Instagram, Adam Mosseri.

The exciting part is that you can share your reels from Instagram directly to Facebook.

You’re also going to see an increase in monetary focus on the platform, with an increase in advertisement possibilities in reels.

Private Story Likes

Have you seen this new feature yet? You can now “like” any story on Instagram instead of having to reply in a DM.

When someone “likes” your story, it will show up under notifications and under analytics for each individual story slide. This is one feature that I know I’m personally excited for.

Which new feature and/or concept are you most excited for? Have you played with any of them yet? Tell me in the comments
